Shipping
All orders take 3-5 processing days to make (Saturday and Sunday are not considered processing days). All 2X tops are pre order only and processing time is 7-14 days.
Domestic Orders: Shipping takes 2-6 business days depending on shipping method. We are not responsible for shipping delays.
International Orders: Shipping times vary depending on carrier selected. Customers are responsible for any additional customs and fees in their respective countries. Unfortunely, that is out of our control. The customer is responsible for paying these. If the customer is not able to be located, or the package is refused as a result of failure to pay duties and custom fees, we are not responsible and you will not receive a refund for your order. The customer is responsible for receiving the package and arranging delivery if needed.
Once packages are sent out, they are out of our hands and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
